PROCESS ~ What do you get when you sign up for a Personalized Fitness Training?
CONSULTATION: Scheduling a consultation session with our Health & Wellness Consultant, to get to know you, about your lifestyle, and to understand your individual requirements.
ASSESSMENT: Clients will undergo an assessment, carried out by our Professional Fitness Trainer, to assess client's fitness levels, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
TRAINING: Training with our experienced trainer Asher, who will customize a fitness training program specific to your needs, taking into consideration any injuries or limitations (if any).
GUIDANCE & SUPPORT: Asher will be your guide and we also have other members on our team, who will support you through this journey, helping you improve your overall health and quality of life.
TRACKING PROGRESS: We will conduct periodic re-evaluation and track your progress to keep you on course and help you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.
No matter what your fitness levels are and where you are in your fitness journey, we are committed to helping you achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals, get fitter, healthier and in turn feeling great in mind and body.
TYPE (of sessions): ONE-ON-ONE (1:1), ONE-ON-TWO (1:2) for couples or individuals wanting to train together and SMALL GROUP.
