Chiang Mai Yoga Classes

Looking for Chiang Mai yoga classes? Chiang Mai Holistic offers a variety of yoga classes. Yoga is the union of the body, mind and spirit. Chiang Mai Holistic considers yoga practice to be an important part of our daily routine that significantly contributes towards our happiness, and would like to share that with you. We offer Hatha yoga classes, Yin yoga classes, power yoga classes, vinyasa flow yoga classes daily which cater to all types of students from beginner to advanced. If you want to learn yoga in Chiang Mai, do give us a try! The first class is only 150 baht and the monthly unlimited package is 2,000 baht (come as much as you like) 

Below are the different types of yoga classes we practice at Chiang Mai Holistic:

Morning and Afternoon Flow Yoga : Raise your energy levels for the day ahead or decompress from the day with vinyasa flow. The flow and sequence will vary depending on the teacher but is sure to make you sweat! Note this class is not suitable for beginners or people with low fitness levels

Yoga Open Class: This hatha yoga class is suitable for students of all levels. Our open class focuses more on technique and the teacher will vary their class plan based on the students attending. If you are new to yoga or would like to work on a specific asana then this is the class for you.

Yin Yoga Classes: A slow-paced yoga where poses are held for a longer period of time. Note most of the yin practice is completed sitting or lying down.

Power Yoga Classes: is for the more advanced yogi’s who are up for a challenge, the intensity is similar to a flow class but the poses are held longer and deeper.

Restorative Yoga Classes : Helps you recover from other yoga and physical exercise as well as calm the mind and lift your energy levels. "Hug the pillow", relax in the candlelit room and listen to music as you hold yoga poses for extended periods of time. Each class will consist of only a few asanas and is suitable for yogis of all levels.

Other Classes Available

Functional Training: attempts to adapt or allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more efficiently. It is a program designed to blend various training modes with a diverse exercise selection in order to create a holistic and balanced structure of training that will maximise muscular activation, build strength,  increase metabolic rate, build core strength, improve functionality and mobility to reduce the risk of injuries.
