Nim is passionate about a holistic approach to wellbeing and balance and has trained in a range of modalities including yoga, reiki and sound healing.
Having worked as a holistic practitioner for Thailand’s largest drug rehabilitation program she saw first hand how a holistic approach changes people and helps them finding meaning, purpose and happiness.
Nim is one of the founders of Chiang Mai Holistic. She has been studying yoga since 2012 and has completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sivananda and 500 hours from RTY500 in Rishikesh, India. She regularly teaches individual and group classes from beginner to advanced levels. In addition to yoga Nim is a certified Sound Healer levels 1 and 2, and helps lead sound baths weekly using Tibetan bowls.

Oh has been studying yoga for over 16 years. Throughout this journey she has studied Zen Yoga in Japan as well as Traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa. The benefits of her practice have helped her students with the physical, mental and spiritua problemsl, and to be overall happier and in a state of calmness.
Oh is certified E-RYT200 has completed her Yoga Teacher Training Certification from the Yoga Alliance (USA) and Wold Yoga Alliance (India). She has taught yoga across a range of studios in Bangkok, Chiang Mai Chiang Rai, Ubonratchathani, Phi chit, Pataya, and Hat yai. She is often asked to teach with 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Course teams and for teacher training specialises in teaching Yoga Anatomy and Basic Physiology. She has taught teachers across a number of different schools including Wold Yoga Alliance Thailand, My peace Yoga, Jimmy Yoga, Araya Yoga and Yoga Namaste.
International Sound Healing Therapist / Trainer
Ali is a globally recognised sound healing therapist and instructor, offering workshops and certifications for crystal and Tibetan bowl healing worldwide. With many years of experience as a sound therapy practitioner, he owns Chiang Mai Holistic, a wellness centre in northern Thailand, and VIVARA Academy & Retreat centre. He has studied under teachers from India, Nepal, and Australia to provide the most effective healing for those in need. Using various sound techniques, he assists individuals in discovering their true inner peace.
Ali focuses on helping individuals dealing with addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and overthinking. He guides them in utilising sound to reconnect with their inner calm and live authentically. His teaching style is engaging and enjoyable, encouraging students to open up and express genuine emotions. He frequently conducts group mindfulness and meditation sessions at Thailand’s largest addiction treatment facilities, assisting individuals in achieving mental clarity and presence.
After completing the teacher training course, you will receive two certificates—one from Yoga Alliance USA. The second is from Chiang Mai Holistic for the completion of the sound healing therapy training.
