Personal support in a safe and supportive space.
Discover how to combine restorative yoga, therapeutic stillness, and Tibetan bowl vibration to create deeply regulating experiences that support relaxation, body awareness, and nervous system balance.
This unique 50-hour teacher training blends restorative yoga, sound therapy, breath awareness, fascia-informed practice, and trauma-aware facilitation into one comprehensive system.
Designed for yoga teachers, sound healers, wellness practitioners, bodyworkers, and holistic therapists, this immersive training provides practical tools to support students and clients through the power of stillness, vibration, and presence.
Unlike traditional yoga or sound healing trainings, this program explores how restorative postures and therapeutic sound can work together to create profound states of relaxation, safety, and internal awareness.
Most restorative yoga trainings do not teach therapeutic sound. Most sound healing trainings do not teach restorative yoga, fascia awareness, or nervous system regulation. This training bridges both worlds.
Students will learn how to safely integrate Tibetan bowls into restorative yoga postures, use vibration on and around the body, and create experiences that encourage deep rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness.
