FITNESS is one of the components and an integral part of Health and Wellness, which every individual should be incorporating in their regularly self-care routine. It is scientifically proven that incorporating different types of fitness training in one’s routine, will give you better overall results in your exercise performance and how your body functions and feels in daily life. At Chiang Mai Holistic, our Group Fitness Classes are a blend of diverse training methodologies, with varied exercise selection, in order to create a holistic and well balanced structure of training.

Benefits

These classes focus on all the important components of fitness and are designed to maximise muscular activation, build strength, increase metabolic rate, build core strength, improve functionality, flexibility, and mobility to reduce the risk of injuries.

PROGRAM FOCUS (to mention a few):

  • Learn the foundational Functional Movement patterns, it’s progressions, and apply Functional Movement-based training techniques across other modalities.
  • Perform Calisthenics (body weighted exercises) and Weight training (strength training using weights for resistance) with proper body mechanics, form and technique.
  • Attempt to adapt or allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more efficiently.
  • Introducing different formats of training like TABATA / HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuit training, cross functional training, metabolic training, etc., that are proven to achieve results.
  • Incorporate the TRX Suspension Trainer and other Functional Training equipments (like Kettle bells, Dumb bells, etc) to add variety to the program, make the workouts interesting and effective.

Our aim is to provide quality group fitness classes, make fitness an enjoyable experience, conducted in a safe and friendly environment by our experienced instructor.
